(Senior) Associate

We are seeking a new addition to our cohort in New York - this is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment with direct exposure to Private Equity Investors and industry leading executives. The role:
As an a member of our execution team, it will be your responsibility to deliver game-changing Senior Advisors to our Private Equity clients. Your work has a direct impact on our clients’ ability to compete on landmark private equity deals across key economic sectors.
Your day will be focussed on:
- Research: Quickly and thoroughly understanding industry ecosystems to identify and map the key companies and executives relevant to the deal.
- Communication: Sourcing, interviewing and securing experienced C-level executives and thought-leaders as advisors to our clients.
- Client Management: Present research findings to our PE clients and recommend the most relevant advisors for maximum impact on the given deal process.

- You will have approximately 3-18 months' professional experience in recruitment, executive search, expert networks, or a similar business.

- Competitive compensation - depending on experience, a base salary of $72,500 - $77,500 plus bonus (first full-year OTE $100,000 - $120,000).
