As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to join our London team and help ensure our operations run smoothly and our culture thrives. We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The role
As our office manager, you’ll be at the heart of our London team; supporting both the day-to-day operations of the office, and coordinating the diaries and schedules of our leadership team - enabling everyone to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising travel and events for staff.
- Providing diary and administrative support to senior team members.
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
- Managing office facilities, supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting general office organisation.
- Fostering a positive office culture through team-building activities, in conjunction with the Human Resources team.
- Handling mail, scheduling, and data management.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Acting as the first point of contact for office-related queries.
- Monitoring office budgets and expenses.
About you
- You will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and a desire to own your work
- You’ll some experience in an office environment, ideally in an administrative or operations role.
- You’ll have excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- You’ll be a collaborative team player who can multitask and prioritise effectively.
- You’ll have an eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic company.
- You’ll have proficiency in the Microsoft Office.
- You’ll ideally have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

- Competitive compensation, £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
